We want you to love your Koio shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the soles remain in pristine condition by trying them on a carpeted surface.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your original shipping box.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the transit status.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
